Accreditations
Cub Homes are built to the highest standards and have been awarded by industry regulators the following accreditations necessary to obtain mortgages and insurance.
In addition the FutureForms building system carries its own certification for BRE (Building Research Establishment) accreditation to BPS2020, SDS compliant, HQI compliant to three storeys, Life time homes compliant (criterion 1-16) and
Part M compliant.

Cub homes have been awarded “Post Construction Stage certification to code level 5”, under the Code for Sustainable Homes Standards set by HCA Homes and Communities Agency.

PaSes
Cub is the only housing system in the UK to have attained these credentials from BRE Global as part of their pilot scheme to ensure that construction of homes and their components adhere to the Code For Sustainable Homes Level 3, 4 & 5. It covers water management, interior & exterior lighting, day lighting, drying space, office area, white goods, waste management, insulation, elementals & materials specification

NHBC
Cub homes have been awarded “NHBC Building Control Type Approval” certification which confirms that the building type has been assessed and deemed eligible to satisfy Building Control requirements. A 10 year building warranty will be necessary to obtain a mortgage and insurance which can be provided by NHBC.
