  • Technologies

Our buildings have been designed to be extremely airtight, well beyond Building Regulation standards, in order to reduce heat loss therefore reducing CO2 emissions. All homes are fitted with exhaust air heat pumps, providing space heating, hot water and ventilation along with high levels of acoustic insulation, high performance glazing and solar panels.

  • Materials

Responsibly sourced materials are used throughout the building process and include FSC approved timber, recycled steel and VOC-free paints. A minimum of 80% low energy lighting and water saving features come as standard in addition to solar panels and rainwater harvesting.

  • Financials

A code 5, three-bedroom house has been designed so that most of the energy demand for heating, hot water and ventilation could be generated from solar panels. The fuel bill for running this home could be as little as £56.00 annually from SAP results. Our properties may also be able to benefit from the “Clean energy Cash back Scheme” with a predicted income of £1,500 PA.

  • FutureForm

Built using FutureForm’s highly accredited building system, your home will be delivered to site fully assembled and finished to the highest standards, covered by NHBC certification necessary to obtain a mortgage and insurance. Off site construction methods reduce waste by 90% compared with traditional building methods and we believe will be the preferred building method of the future.
